The co-financing supports the expansion of processing capacity, upgrade of the cold chain infrastructure, and enhancements to growing rooms and compost production.

Impact

Creation of alternative protein sources that are high yield and can produce vast quantities in a short time on small land plots (mushroom production up to 12 times richer in protein than soy).
