Challenge
In Kosovo, businesses—particularly SMEs in the manufacturing sector, struggle to make informed decisions due to fragmented, outdated, and inaccessible data. Without reliable market intelligence, they face inefficiencies, limited competitiveness, and missed opportunities for export growth.
Innovative solution
Data4X addresses this challenge by transforming dispersed public and private data into actionable insights, helping companies and institutions make data-driven decisions through localized, AI-powered analytics and interactive dashboards.
The company has developed Kosovo’s first AI-powered market intelligence platform that consolidates public, private, and financial datasets into a single, user-friendly dashboard. The platform provides real-time analytics, sectoral forecasting, and business insights tailored to SMEs—especially manufacturers—who lack access to costly international tools. By integrating local data sources and applying machine learning for predictive analysis, Data4X enables companies to identify new market opportunities, optimise supply chains, and make evidence-based decisions, bridging Kosovo’s critical data gap and fostering a more competitive, digital economy.
