The Business Partnership Facility celebrates 10 years of impact
In 2026, the Business Partnership Facility (BPF) celebrates a significant milestone: 10 years of partnership, innovation and impact.
Since its launch, the BPF has grown into a well‑established initiative supporting concrete and innovative projects led by the private sector, with the aim of generating sustainable economic and social impact in partner countries. Over the past decade, the BPF has demonstrated how collaboration between public and private actors can deliver tangible results on the ground.
10 years in a few key figures
In just ten years, the BPF has achieved strong and measurable outcomes:
- Over 50 international projects supported, across a wide range of sectors and in more than 20 countries;
- EUR 15 million mobilised through public and private investment;
- 2,229 jobs created and over 100,000 people reached.
These figures reflect the commitment of BPF partners to developing inclusive, innovative and scalable solutions that contribute to sustainable development.
