Challenge
In Kosovo, most small and medium-sized manufacturers still rely on manual, paper-based processes and fragmented local software, which limit productivity, transparency, and competitiveness.
Innovative solution
Mika Soft addresses this challenge by providing affordable, user-friendly digital tools that help SMEs manage production in real time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency across the manufacturing sector.
It introduces Kosovo’s first locally developed Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized manufacturers. The platform digitises shop-floor operations, tracks production in real time, and provides AI-driven analytics to identify inefficiencies and improve decision-making. Offered through an affordable subscription model, it includes on-site installation, customization, and training. The system is now evolving to integrate ERP, HR (including payroll), POS, and e-commerce modules, creating a comprehensive digital backbone that enables SMEs to manage their entire production and business processes efficiently and sustainably.
